1. Who we are
Prompt Flow ("we," "us," or "our") sells curated AI prompt packs to professionals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or make a purchase, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site, you agree to the practices described below.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to deliver and support your purchase:
- Email address: provided at checkout, used to deliver your prompt pack and any related transactional messages.
- Purchase records: the pack you bought, the Stripe session ID, and the date of purchase, stored to fulfil orders and support refund requests.
- Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or billing address. Stripe acts as our payment processor and stores this information under its own privacy policy.
- Messages you send us: if you contact us through the contact form, we receive your name, email, and the contents of your message so we can respond.
We do not collect health information, government IDs, biometric data, or precise location data.
3. How we use your information
- Deliver the prompt pack you purchased (PDF and Notion template links via email)
- Send transactional messages (receipts, delivery emails, refund confirmations)
- Provide customer support and respond to your questions
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse of the service
- Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes
We do not sell your personal information. We do not currently send marketing emails. If we add a newsletter or marketing program in the future, we will only send those messages to people who explicitly opt in, and every message will include a clear unsubscribe link.
4. Third-party services we rely on
We use a small number of trusted vendors to operate the service. Each one is bound by its own privacy commitments:
- Stripe: payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy.
- Resend: transactional email delivery. Resend's privacy policy.
- Supabase: database and file storage for orders and pack PDFs. Supabase's privacy policy.
- Vercel: web hosting and content delivery. Vercel's privacy policy.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use minimal, essential cookies and session state to make the site work correctly. We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on the site. If we introduce a privacy-respecting analytics tool (such as Plausible) in the future, we will update this policy to reflect what is being measured.
6. Data retention
We keep purchase records (email, pack ID, Stripe session ID, timestamp) indefinitely so we can honour future support requests, re-deliver downloads if needed, and meet tax and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your records (see "Your rights" below).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights over your information:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate information
- Deletion: ask us to remove your personal data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements
- Objection: ask us to stop processing your data for specific purposes
- Portability: request your data in a machine-readable format
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@getpromptflow.dev from the address associated with your purchase. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Where your data is stored
Our database and PDF files are hosted in the United States via Supabase and Vercel. If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.
9. Children's privacy
Prompt Flow is intended for working professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes that affect how we use your information, we will also notify customers by email where feasible.
