1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prompt Flow website and the prompt packs you purchase from us ("Prompt Flow," "we," "us," "our"). By browsing the site, making a purchase, or downloading a prompt pack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What you're buying
A Prompt Flow purchase gives you a downloadable PDF and a duplicable Notion template containing curated AI prompts for a specific professional role. You buy each pack once. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no ongoing access required to use the prompts after you've downloaded them.
3. License to use the prompts
When you purchase a pack, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual licence to:
- Use the prompts personally, in your own work, with any AI tool you choose
- Modify and adapt the prompts for your own use
- Share specific outputs the prompts helped you create (the outputs are yours, see Section 4)
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the prompt pack PDF or Notion template with people who haven't purchased it
- Publish the prompts themselves (verbatim or near-verbatim) in books, courses, newsletters, or similar commercial works
- Use the prompts to build a competing prompt-pack product
- Remove copyright notices or attributions from the materials
Internal use within a single small team you're a member of is permitted on a common-sense basis. For team or enterprise licences covering many users, contact us at hello@getpromptflow.dev.
4. Ownership of AI outputs
The outputs you generate by using our prompts with an AI tool are yours. We claim no ownership of, and no licence to, anything you create. You are responsible for reviewing those outputs before using them in your work. AI systems can produce inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable content, and you remain accountable for whatever you publish or act on.
5. AI provider terms
Our prompts are designed to work with third-party AI services (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and others). Your use of those AI tools is governed by each provider's own terms of service. We are not affiliated with any AI provider, and we are not responsible for outages, content policies, pricing, or behaviour of those tools. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any AI tool complies with that provider's terms.
6. Refunds
Prompt packs are digital goods delivered instantly, so all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable. That said, if something is genuinely broken on our end (a delivery email never arrives, or a download or template link doesn't work), email us at hello@getpromptflow.dev and we'll make it right.
7. Pricing and payment
All prices on the site are listed in US dollars and processed through Stripe. We may adjust prices for individual packs at any time, but a change won't affect a purchase that has already completed. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service and the prompts in a way that doesn't:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe anyone else's intellectual property rights
- Generate content intended to harm, harass, or deceive others
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the locked portions of any pack without purchasing it
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website
We may suspend or terminate access for any account that materially violates these standards.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service and the prompt packs are provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to write prompts that produce useful output, but we don't guarantee any specific result. The quality and accuracy of AI output depend on factors outside our control, including the AI model you use, the context you provide, and your own editorial judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Flow's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware, United States, except where applicable consumer- protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we'll also notify customers by email where feasible. Your continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
